Als Proteinurie wird die abnormal erhöhte Ausscheidung von Proteinen im Harnbezeichnet. Diese wird durch die glomeruläre Filtration von Plasmaproteinen,deren Reabsorption im proximalen Tubulus sowie durch Sekretion von Proteinenin den Tubuli und ableitenden Harnwegen beeinflusst.
