Zusammenfassung
In diesem Fallbericht werden die pathomorphologischen Befunde akuter undchronischer Verlaufsformen der Fasziolose bei einem Europäischen Feldhasen(Lepus europaeus) in Nordwestdeutschland dargestellt. In der Leber waren die akutenLäsionen durch Koagulationsnekrosen mit Blutungen und granulo-histiozytärenEntzündungszellinfiltrationen gekennzeichnet. Subakute bis chronische Veränderungenzeichneten sich vor allem durch pyogranulomatöse Entzündungen mitausgeprägten Fibrosen aus. Adulte Leberegel und Eier wurden nachgewiesen.Summary
In this case report pathomorphological findings of acute and chronic stages offasciolosis are described in a European hare (Lepus europaeus) hunted in North-Western Germany. Acute hepatic lesions consisted of coagulation necrosis withhaemorrhages and surrounding infiltrations of granulocytes and histiocytes.Subacute to chronic changes were characterized predominantly by pyogranulomatousinflammations with extensive fibrosis. Adult parasites and eggs weredetectable.
