AB - Dieser Artikel gibt eine Übersicht über die Diagnose und Therapie der caninen atopischen Dermatitis. Die Diagnosestellung erfolgt durch Anamnese, Klinik und Ausschluss relevanter Differenzialdiagnosen. Zur Therapie stehen dem Praktiker neben der Allergenvermeidung (z. B. bei durch Futter induzierter atopischer Dermatitis) die allergenspezifische Immuntherapie sowie symptomatische Therapie gegen den Juckreiz zur Verfügung. Glukokortikoide, Ciclosporin und Oclacitinib zeigen sehr hohe Wirksamkeiten.
